Would recommend it to anyone, our entire stay was really lovely. It is an absolutely fabulous property located in North Shore district next to tram stops, the town centre, and the tower, tram and bus. The staff are amicable, managed the parking nearby. The place has perfect and comfortable location in everything asked of them.

We would recommend it. All in all everything was very good, had a really lovely stay for long weekend. The location was perfect and comfortable, right by communal areas and the tram stop, promenade and beach. Café Rose's Cafe located 1 km away was a nice surprise.
